I have been a customer of Top Snap Photography for the past year on the Sunshine Coast, and almost ten years in Melbourne previous to that, and I would say that I’m very pleased with the service and quality that Dave & Donna provide. In my position as an estate agent, it is vitally important when representing a seller’s home that the right first impression is expressed when it first goes on the market. As the internet is the first point of call when most buyers are searching for a property, the photographs can either make or break whether a buyer enquires further. To this end, the skillset both Dave & Donna exhibit is outstanding. They are terrific photographers and they have the added service of providing floorplans with measurements and in a format that is easy to read. Although I had other options, Top Snap is the only photography service I will use due to the quality, professionalism and value for money.

Hockingstuart Torquay have been working with Simon Draper from Top Snap for a couple of years now and we are very happy with our decision to use him as our property photographer. I have been in this industry for 10 years. I have used other photographers in the past but David from Top Snap was recommended to me early 2014 and I have never looked back. Not only is he a lovely person to deal with but he is very pleasant and understanding of my vendor's needs. He is always punctual, always happy to help with any query on the phone and takes amazing photos. He shows them to me and my vendors on the camera screen and asks opinions before he finishes the job. He recently took photos of a house in Doveton for me. The house was old, empty, well presented but there is only so much you can do with a house like this. Faultless and brilliant. We have a resort which was very run done when we purchased it and we have been renovating for the last five years. We have had countless photographers in to take photographs of our newly renovated rooms which proved to be a most costly and frustrating experience. At best they would spend a day taking a handful of photographs only a small proportion of which ended up being good enough to use. And at worst they were distorted, taken at weird angles, or looked so washed out you had trouble spotting the colour in the photograph. After four frustrating years, we finally asked Neil Chan from Top Snap Townsville to come in and what a delightful surprise. He was efficient with his time, had high standards and every one of the photographs provided were just a delight. To have good photographs In this era of internet marketing makes all the difference to your bottom line and Neil has just increased our bottom line considerably. And the cost was SO reasonable. If you are seeking great photographs at a very reasonable price you should look no further than this talented young man. We cannot recommend him, his service or his finished product highly enough.

I have found Genie Pro to be fantastic; it is so easy to use and I know our team are rapt as well. My team/business likes things very simple and I have had no problems even with new team members working their way around the site.  All we ask for is easy access to images and floor plans which is exactly what the system does; and you can see it all on the screen.

Genie Pro is a very helpful tool in accessing images and floor plans from where ever we are, and can be used by all staff. The download options are quick and easy and the log in procedure and access of particular properties is also very good.

Your shots have that WOW factor with the panoramic shot of the Harbour Bridge and harbour from CBD to Rose Bay winning the hero shot prize. Considering the day was overcast and not bright, your colours of rooms, sky and water came across as vivid but soft. The background of the CBD was not blurred but distinctive. Well done.

We have been using Top Snap and Genie Pro for a few years now. We have always found the online system to be very quick, and easy to use. We find the service is very efficient when we request changes to our photos online and there is never delays.

Genie Pro is an amazing business program to work with. Let me tell you why! Managing a client database can be very daunting but not with Genie Pro, adding a new client and all the staff members is easily done and having contact details of every client at hand saves a lot of time and frustration when you need to contact the most important people in your business. Genie Pro allows us to upload our images for professional re-touching with ease and always having them on hand to download or make a special request for changes is a vital part of our business. Having the images stored in the Cloud gives clients the peace of mind that their images are safe and always easy to access. Staying on top of invoicing is a task that not too many people like to do but using Genie Pro it’s easy! You create an invoice at the time of uploading images and it is automatically released and sent to the client via email when they receive their professionally retouched images. Then it is just a matter of marking it as paid when you have received the payment. Genie Pro also allows you to keep on top of late payments using the invoice reports tracking system. Getting information about new products and latest photography specials to clients is effectively done with Genie Pro. Top Snap has been used by our LJ Hooker office since 2012. We were looking for an easy to use program that saved time and would also archive properties once they had been sold. Seldom if ever do I comment on software, however Top Snap, has proven to be different. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with your product. I was looking for a business that satisfied my interest in real estate and enabled me to work locally.
