Firstly, we want to give a big thank you to everyone who participated in our client survey – your feedback is instrumental in helping us improve our services.

Results from the survey showed an overall satisfaction rating of 97.5%! This was based on customer service, product range, retouching quality, photographic skills, turnaround time, quality of products, price and access to images that Top Snap provides.

And, it’s great to see that 99% of our clients would recommend Top Snap to others.

Results show that the top 3 marketing channels used by agencies are:
