The Real Estate Marketing Conference

The Top Snap Annual Conference for 2015 was a weekend full of learning, discussion and most importantly socialising. It was a big event with strong representation from franchisees travelling across the country to attend.

With several new franchisees coming on board and new additions to head office it was an excellent opportunity for the growing Top Snap team to become well acquainted with everyone and to recognise the support that comes with being a part of a franchise.

The weekend kicked off with drinks and mingling on the Friday night in Sydney’s Darling Harbour and from there rolled into a day and a half of carefully prepared material.


Kicking off bright and early, Saturday was full of great content with a range of guest speakers from strategic partners, photography trainers and a renowned sales coach. The team was eager to listen and to discuss a variety of topics in what was a highly interactive day.

It was an opportunity for franchisees to meet a number of strategic partners and discuss how to introduce various new products and technologies ranging from 3D floor plans, centralised booking systems and video into their catalogue offerings.

The presentations ended with a motivational sales talk that was greatly received with the team looking to incorporate a number of new strategies into their workflow, to continue to grow.

Sunday was an opportunity to wrap up the conference with the marketing plan and strategies outlined and plenty of group discussion regarding the plans for the next year.



Saturday evening was a time for celebration of both company and individual success. The Annual Franchisee Awards were presented amongst good food and drink and a timely fireworks display on the harbour.

It was great to see hard work recognised with all the awards and there were lessons learned of persistence and determination resulting in improved business growth.

The first awards presented went to David Setter (Berwick, VIC) and Vince Pedulla (Windsor, Melbourne CBD and East, VIC) for Excellence in Business Growth.

The next awards were presented to Dan Brennan (Melbourne Bayside, Glen Waverly, VIC) who was rewarded with Excellence in Business Development and Neil Chan (Townsville, QLD) with Excellence in Business Performance.

The honours of Top Snap Franchisee of the Year 2015 were given to Nathan Clarke (Central Victoria). With overwhelming positive feedback from his clients, and excellent performance and due diligence in his operations Nathan was very deserving of this award.


The Transformation From Photography To Visual Marketing

The key theme for the Top Snap Annual conference was the new evolving nature of Top Snap as one of the leading visual marketing companies in the Australian real estate industry.

Since CEO and Owner, Ralf Barschow and his wife COO and Co-Owner, Karin Barschow took over the company eleven months ago there has been a strong focus on franchisee support, business growth, forward thinking and innovation.

Built on its core foundation of property photography services, over the period of the year Top Snap has transformed into a ‘Real Estate Visual Marketing’ company.

With so many new and exciting products being offered by Top Snap it was an opportunity for the team to see how much had been implemented in such a short space of time and to gain insights on the way forward.

As new skills are developed and new strategic partners made, Top Snap aims to provide members of the real estate industry a well rounded approach to property marketing.
