Under the guidance of CEO and Owner, Ralf Barschow; COO and Co-Owner, Karin Barschow; an experienced Head Office team and an invigorated franchise network the company had unprecedented growth in monthly turnover on a year-on-year basis with increases of up to 40% in total sales. The company also received a customer satisfaction ranking of 98% in its 2015 annual client survey.

The Top Snap 2015 Annual Conference on August 28-29th hosted in Sydney was a great avenue for the company to get together, review the outcomes of the previous year and to plan for the future.

Real Estate Visual Marketing

Over the past year, Top Snap has evolved from a standalone property photography company into a one-stop Real Estate Visual Marketing content provider for the Australian property market. New offerings from Top Snap’s ‘Next Gen, Now’ include 3D Scanning technology, 3D floor plans, high-end property and agency videos, CASA certified drone services and other inventive property marketing tools.

Top Snap customers are offered individual profiling for their property marketing requirements and are also provided access to the company’s custom image management, cloud platform, Top Snap Studio.

Agents can now avail all of these different services under one roof provided by trained specialists in the field and backed by the centralised booking and support from head office.

Top Snap Campus

The Top Snap Campus program is dedicated and focused on developing the Top Snap franchisees to excel in their business with highly experienced coaches and mentors in the fields of professional photography, business planning and sales.

This is a rigorous 12 months program when a new franchisee joins the network. Other benefits of the program include initial hands-on training in the systems and processes and ongoing monthly support from Head Office.


The Annual Franchise Awards were presented to the top-performing franchisees for their outstanding performance and business growth in 2014-2015.

The first awards presented went to David Setter (Berwick, VIC) and Vince Pedulla (Windsor, Melbourne CBD and East, VIC) for Excellence in Business Growth.

The next awards were presented to Dan Brennan (Melbourne Bayside, Glen Waverly, VIC) who was rewarded with Excellence in Business Development and Neil Chan (Townsville, QLD) with Excellence in Business Performance.

The honours of Top Snap Franchisee of the Year 2015 were given to Nathan Clarke (Central Victoria, VIC). With overwhelmingly positive feedback from his clients, and excellent performance and due diligence in his operations Nathan was very deserving of this award.
